1. Registration and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm your spot in a course.

• Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the course start date.

• Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure a positive and productive experience, participants must:

• Engage actively and follow instructor guidance during sessions.

• Use provided materials responsibly.

• Notify instructors of any concerns or special requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials and resources are the intellectual property of GardenBloom.

• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of materials is prohibited.

• Plants or projects created during the course belong to the participants.

5. Liability Disclaimer

GardenBloom is not responsible for:

• Injuries or damages caused by participant negligence.

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during sessions.

• Disruptions caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
